Reaction reward

Send us their reaction, get 50% off your next song

The best part of a SoulNote is the moment they press play. If you film it and let us share it, we’ll say thank you with 50% off your next song.

  1. Film the moment. Play them the song and record their reaction on your phone.
  2. Send it from your song page. Use the “Share their reaction” link on your song page or in your delivery email, and tick the consent boxes.
  3. Get your code. If we can use it, we’ll email you a single-use code for 50% off your next song, valid for 12 months.

The short version

  • Send a video of the moment they hear their song. Phone videos are perfect.
  • If we can use it, we’ll email you a single-use code for 50% off your next song. It works on the song price of your next order (extras are charged as normal), is tied to your email address and lasts 12 months.
  • By sending it you agree we can show it on soulnote.uk and our social media, and use it in our marketing, for free. We may trim it or add a caption.
  • Only send a video if everyone in it is happy to be shown. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian’s OK.
  • Changed your mind? Email hello@soulnote.uk any time and we’ll take it down from our website and stop using it in new posts. Your discount stays yours.
  • We don’t have to use every video, and a video that isn’t used doesn’t earn a code.
