Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. SoulNote (Nexus House Ltd) uses only the few listed below. We don’t use advertising, analytics or social media tracking cookies, so we don’t show a cookie banner. If we ever add any, we’ll ask for your permission first and update this page.
Cookies we set

Saved on your device
While you fill in the song form, your answers are saved in your browser’s local storage (soulnote-story-v2) so you don’t lose them if you leave the page. This stays on your device; we only receive your story when you submit the form. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Other websites
When you pay, you’re taken to Stripe’s secure checkout, which uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention under Stripe’s cookie policy. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which doesn’t set cookies but does receive your IP address.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block ours, the site still works, but you may see a different price on a later visit and may not be able to see your free preview.
